Exclusive access to Federal Reserve Approved Private Placement Platforms for qualified investors of $100M and above. Excellent returns. Minimal risk. Internationally proven.
SpringWest Capital Corp provides exclusive access to US Federal Reserve Approved Private Placement Platforms — institutional-grade investment vehicles designed to fund large international projects while delivering excellent returns with low risk to qualified investors.
These platforms are not publicly available. Access is extended only through established relationships — ours trace directly to Donald Morgan Nielsen, whose boutique entity Morgan Mediterre is an offshoot rooted in his family's US banking heritage — the JP Morgan family — and the international law firm Case and White. Mr. Nielsen is domiciled in Europe, with ties to the Carter Administration, Secretary of State Cyrus Vance, and the legacy of former billionaire David Rockefeller.
The Siam Investment Fund represents a current active opportunity for qualified participants meeting the $100M+ threshold.

Michael Evans is the Principal CEO of SpringWest Capital Corp, bringing over 20 years of expertise in business capital consulting, private placement access, and financial strategy for elite clients across the United States and internationally.
With deep relationships at the highest levels of institutional finance — including approved associate status on US Federal Reserve Approved Private Placement Platforms — Mr. Evans has guided hundreds of clients from startups to government-level international trading deals, former Senators, Congressmen, and major law firm partners.
These platforms are among the most exclusive and heavily regulated private placement vehicles in the world. There is no direct access — every prospective client must first be approved by Michael Evans and SpringWest Capital Corp, then pass seven independent layers of due diligence before a contract is presented. The process is stringent by design: the result is minimal risk, monthly returns of 20% or better, and World Bank teams and university departments available to support approved clients.
Before anything else, Michael Evans conducts an extensive personal review of the prospective client — not simply by email or phone, but through serious time spent discussing all relevant issues in depth. We must truly know the client. How a client behaves professionally and cooperates throughout this process is perhaps the most important criterion for acceptance. When we are aware of potential issues, we can typically provide workarounds — as long as the client is transparent and honest with us throughout.
Before submitting to the platform, SpringWest independently verifies the origin and status of the client's funds — confirming they are not leased but actually belong to the client. The client must have sole and exclusive signatory authority over the funds. The owner must be the one featured in all due diligence documents, must sign those documents, and must be recognized by the bank as the sole and exclusive signatory for the cash funds on deposit. Nothing else will work.
The client must present a current and valid bank statement signed by two bank officers, with the accompanying ATV (Authorization to Verify) including all of their contact information — and those bank officers must be instructed to provide full cooperation with us regarding verification of the funds. All bank statements must be sent directly from the bank's email servers to the client, then forwarded to a secure email supplied by SpringWest Capital Corp. No client-attached or client-generated documents are accepted; the statement must originate and travel directly from the bank's servers. A comprehensive client profile and all due diligence documents must be provided fully and quickly.
The platform conducts its own independent due diligence on the prospective client — separate from and in addition to SpringWest's review. The platform's standards are exacting and non-negotiable. New clients are started on the oldest and most conservative platform, which operates on the basis of one-year contracts with issuing banks, exit buyers, and the investor.
Interpol, the FBI, and relevant international regulatory authorities perform independent background verification on the client. There is no room for guessing or errors. Every possible variable must be eliminated before the platform can guarantee the success of a transaction. Any adverse finding at this stage disqualifies the client permanently.
The Siam Fund operates through DBS Bank in Singapore and Hong Kong — one of Asia's most stringent institutional banking environments. The bank performs its own full compliance and KYC review independently of all prior steps. The platform works with the same institutions as the World Bank and IMF, plus arbitrage trading platforms, to provide flexibility not found in the parent group.
Only after passing all prior layers does Mr. Nielsen speak with or meet the client directly, if necessary. This is not a sales meeting. Once trading begins on the platform, the team engages the client for ongoing discussions. When the client is determined to be both satisfied and cooperative, a medium- and long-term investing strategy is presented — often involving other platforms and one fund dedicated exclusively to seizing newly opened spot or "bullet" program opportunities.
Only clients who have successfully passed all layers of due diligence receive a formal platform contract. The ROI is known exactly every month — there are no surprises, and the platform is solid. Returns are extraordinary and contracted — the client's capital never leaves its custodial account. The platform trades against the capital position. Only when we know absolutely everything about a client and their funds do we accept them for participation.
The platform's entire operating philosophy — built over more than thirty years — is characterized by risk avoidance on behalf of clients. Every protocol exists to eliminate variables, protect capital, and guarantee the integrity of every transaction.
Morgan Mediterre Group works with the same institutions as the World Bank and IMF, plus international arbitrage trading platforms — providing flexibility and access to financing structures not available through conventional channels or parent group institutions.
How a prospective client behaves — professionally, cooperatively, and with transparency — is the most important criterion for acceptance. This testing begins with the due diligence process itself and continues after trading begins.

Mr. Nielsen is the Director and Owner of Morgan Mediterre — a boutique private placement entity and offshoot rooted in his family's US banking heritage, the JP Morgan family, and the international law firm Case and White. He is the Principal of the Siam Fund, operating under US Federal Reserve approved structures, and is domiciled in Europe. A direct protégé of David Rockefeller and mentored by Cyrus Vance, former US Secretary of State under President Carter. SpringWest Capital Corp holds approved associate status on his platforms.
"Some of our protocols have been developed with the World Bank, specifically with Jim Wolfensohn and then later with the former head of my university, Dr. Jim Yong Kim, who became the first scientist (medicine & healthcare) to lead the World Bank. We are discussing with him now the possibility of him joining our board. In any case, these protocols are important. They might impose other burdens and costs on a prospective investor-partner, but they are for their ultimate security and protection."
"If a client passes our first due-diligence review, then they will invite me or one of our regional directors for a meeting lasting several days. This meeting also has its own special protocol. If successful, I will draw up an executive summary of the client and their plans, compile the application package and take it to our program manager and executive team in either Europe or Asia for a final round of due diligence. If the client passes, I will take his (or her) file to our board in New York and then to the Fed in Washington, where I will present the case for priority treatment of the client's case."
"I do not undertake these actions on behalf of someone we do not know, trust and support, and it is the job of our associates to only bring those people to us who meet these very high standards. Such people are rare. But when they come to us and pass our various levels of due diligence, they will have powerful forces helping them — including World Bank teams and university departments."
"Since putting this protocol in place in 2014, we have never had to meet with a fraudulent applicant. It seems that this extra layer of expense and disclosure is enough to deter most of the non-serious or fraudulent types. In the end, none of us has time to waste on people who are not serious, and the system of due-diligence protocols we have developed over the years means that everyone we do present to our board, Fed and traders is approved, and the security of their capital and PPI profits guaranteed. So, in the end, all the careful investigation and preparation is worth it."
Following full approval of compliance, clients will work directly with Donald Morgan Nielsen or the Platforms Director assigned to their file.
